All about getting the school stuff today - school uniforms had me pulling out the credit card!!!

Day 86 (17.01.10)
Another half day of hot hard work and it's done. Now we have a fair bit of digging, jack hammering and paving to do! It's so great and is going to make a huge difference to us and we couldn't have done it without Col and his expertise!! Thanks Col - we will be thinking of you every time we kick back and crack open a beer!!
Sue - better pick your colours and you can 'borrow' my husband for a weekend!!!
Day 85 (16.01.10)
A not so little extension to our house - the start of our entertaining area!! Col came down from Bowen to give Al a hand (or is that Al gave Col a hand!!) and they knocked up this awesome awning.
We finished up a hard days work with a cool drink around the fire!

Flight from Perth to Mackay was super long and super boring! Great landscapes below though so I thought I would take, err, a couple of snaps of my birds eye view!!

Museum today, this photo of Ned and Dylan cracks me up - they didn't really want to get that close for a photo and I love how they are both leaning away ready to run!!

Zoo trip today - Perth is a fantastic zoo and I got heaps of good animal shots which unfortunately won't upload :( but I do have this shot of Ned and Dylan on the baby elephant and Zac, well I'm not sure what he's doing!!!

Got to catch up with Matt, Doll, Lucie and Jacob today and like all old friends the years slipped away and we were chatting over our cuppa's like we did most days in Jabiru!!!
Ned, Lucie and Jakey - he's a new addition since we last saw each other and is very cute!
Lucie and Ned - Lucie is totally gorgeous and sweet, just how she was in Jabiru but bigger!

Had an exciting event that deserved a extra post for today - Ned's tooth came out . It had been literally hanging in there for over a month and finally it's out!!

Happy 40th Birthday Ali!
Boy oh boy how I love this man, he is the sweetest, kindest, most sensitive, tender, loving, hardworking, giving and fun guy you could know. I am so grateful that we found each other and for this amazing journey we are on. Happy birthday to my beautiful partner, our children's father, my best friend and thank you for the gift you give us everyday in the way that you love and care for us.
