best pressie ever
Found out Mum and Dad were allowed to come home for Xmas about 3.5 hours before they arrived!!!
So so so excited - now it feels like Christmas.....

Ned recieved these shoes for Xmas from his mate Tom. Tom's older bro Jack was the one to actually paint them and they are unreal - Ned is seriously stoked by them. We have always had trouble cause trying to get shoes on him but not anymore - he has showed everyone that has stopped by and did not mind at all modelling them for blog pics - that's a first!!
He keeps telling me that he's allowed to wear this style of shoe to school so we have reached a compromise to wear them on the first free dress day!!

Spirit of Fitz
Ned got a 'Spirit of Fitz' medal at his school's award ceremony this year! It's awarded for care and compassion, honesty, trustworthiness, respect, understanding, tolerance and doing your best.
Riley took out the 'Gold Academic Award' and we were so proud of both 'our' boys!!

wreath of awesomeness
With $3.60 worth of second hand decs, 30 hot glue sticks, 2 late nights, 5 1st degree burns (well it felt like it), some language that would make santa blush and 3 seperate events of sticking fingers together you too can make this beautiful wreath.
It was worth it in the end!!
The whole thing is coated with decs (and a little blood, sweat and tears)!!
